Immigrant Dreams

Description

A series of 10 stories about immigrants in the U.S., in partnership with a landmark KFF poll. Newsroom-wide coverage including long-form articles, opinion pieces, how-to guides, interactive quizzes, comics, etc.

• Created series branding and worked with art, data, home page, and social to maintain a cohesive look
• Designed and helped build a quiz for readers with 13 selected poll questions
• Freelancers illustrators and comic artists were immigrants or kids of immigrants

Tea: I wanted this project to be called Immigrant Lives. I fought for it not to be called American Dreams.
